As a Pastor, needs to FULLY live a life for Jesus and reflect a “laid down life”.
Excellent at their craft (Vocal and/or Instrument)
Able to lead a team of 20+ people and effectively facilitate team meetings and devotionals, trainings, learning new songs
Responsible for planning worship sets and scheduling vocals 3-4 weeks in advance
Responsible for giving vocal direction
Working closely with the MD (Music Director) and Production Team
To communicate as the liaison of leadership to the worship team and fully serve the vision of Big Church/The Refuge
Complete assignments as requested by supervisor.
