Rich and Mindy are the Lead Pastors of Big Church. Prior to becoming Lead Pastors in 2017, they led The Refuge, a youth and young adult church for 7 years. Rich is known for his relevant and humorous messages. He also leads our Board of Directors. Mindy is also a gifted leader and speaker. She is authentic, bold, and challenging. She leads our staff, CREWS, SHE Conf, and internship program. Rich and Mindy love Jesus, each other, and their family both blood and adopted.

Our lead pastors have a heart to reach our city and beyond with love and mercy. They believe in the next generation and value the wisdom and guidance of those that have gone before us.
